Nobody has a credible benchmark for mailing newly-filed traffic defendants — anyone who hands you one is quoting a different channel, a different decade, or nothing at all. So you will not get a number from us on day one. What you get is the instrumentation to produce your own real number, starting with the first mailing.

Each piece carries its own five-character code, its own QR target and its own tracking phone number. Nothing is attributed by guesswork, and nothing is attributed to the wrong campaign.

Honest denominators
First-Class postcards have no delivery confirmation, so we will never show you a delivered-to-scan rate. Percentages are of scans — the first step anyone can actually observe.
After a few weeks you will know what a mailed card is worth in your practice, in your courts, at your fee. That is a number you can act on. A borrowed benchmark is not.
